* Take over the communication with China Mainland government institutions such as CGC, CQC in long-term on behalf of PV business. In addition to this, the person should manage a new service with big potential which will require strong communication with above mentioned institutions and large Chinese Companies on the outside. Candidate does not need to acquire deep technical knowledge. The candidate should be senior, with excellent communication and presentation skills and good potential for business development.
